The conference centre has a lot of professional conference equipment that can be hired for you conference or event. Extra equipment will be charged on your invoice.
Any other equipment required, for example video recording equipment, will be charged at the hiring cost plus 15% handling charge
Our interactive whiteboards require software to be fully functional, if you are wishing to use your own laptop with the boards please let a memeber of staff know so we can load the software for you.
Wireless internet is available throughout the building, and wired internet is available in each room, both are super fast broadband connections. Our laptops run Windows XP, with office 2003 and IE 7. If you require any other software, or are unsure then please contact us before the event to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
