Manchester Cathedral Visitor Centre • Exhibition

Exhibition

The Centre houses an Exhibition area which is situated on the ground floor level, at the rear of the building, overlooking the Cathedral. The exhibition is a multimedia experience with four touch screen monitors and a talking portrait attraction.

The four monitors explore a different area of the Cathedral History and Faith work within the City.

There are also displays of Cathedral Archives which are changed every few weeks and replicas of the St. Johns Gospel Fragment and the Sator Rotas Stone detecting the earliest evidence of Christianity in England c AD185, the originals of which are in The Manchester Museum and John Rylands Library.

The exhibition is free, but donations are welcome
